Refund Policy
At CODA, we take pride in creating carefully prepared beverage finishing products in small batches.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@drinkcoda.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or store credit.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. CODA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.
